Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The Card is available to individuals who live within the UK and will be travelling to Ibiza in 2025.

2. Use of the Card:

The discount card is intended for personal use only and may not be transferred or used by anyone other than the cardholder. The cardholder may be required to present valid identification along with the discount card when using it to receive discounts.

3. Discounts and Offers:

The discount card entitles the cardholder to certain discounts, offers, or benefits at participating merchants, service providers, or other establishments. The specific discounts and offers may be subject to change and may vary among different locations or partners.

4. Expiration:

The discount card is only valid for the season its purchased for, The season starts May 1st and ends September 30th of the year purchased.

5. Limitations:

The discount card can not be used in conjunction with any other offers and this is at the vendors discretion.

6. Acceptance:

Participating merchants, service providers, or establishments have the right to accept or refuse the discount card at their discretion. The issuer of the discount card is not responsible for the refusal of the card by any third party. All offers will be kept up to date on our website within a 24 hour change notice period.

7. Lost or Stolen Cards:

The cardholder is responsible for the safekeeping of the discount card. In the event that the card is lost or stolen, the cardholder should contact the us here and report it and request a replacement. Charges may apply.

8. Misuse:

The discount card is intended for legitimate use by the cardholder for personal discounts and offers. Any misuse, fraudulent use, or unauthorised reproduction of the card may result in the immediate cancellation of the card.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the card at any time, without prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be effective upon their posting or distribution by the issuer.

10. Liability:

We are  not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses that may arise from the use or inability to use the discount card, including but not limited to any dissatisfaction with the discounts, offers, or benefits provided by participating merchants or service providers.

11.  Cancellation of Services:

In the event of your trip being cancelled or a change of mind, we will be unable to issue a refund for your discount card. Due to “The Card” being valid for the whole of the 2024 season, all purchases of “The Card” are final and non-refundable.
